This is a special zucchini. It is a very good producer, and the blossoms are very prized in Italy for battering and frying, or stuffing. Well, the zucchini are rather prized also. It is deeply ribbed which makes its uniqueness even more interesting. But the taste is what will hook you. The plant is about 3 or 4 feet around. Most pick when the blossom is till attached but they also do well when picked when larger without getting soggy
