Great for salads, roasting, frying, and stuffing, without getting mushy or discoloring. It is also one of the sweetest peppers that you will find. These peppers are often associated with Spanish cuisine due to their Pimiento parentage. The peppers are oblong and about 4” long 2” wide. You can pick them when they are red or green. They are also known to do well when temps are a bit cooler. Make great pimento cheese.
